She has extensive experience treating the general population for a wide range of conditions. OMSc.) and graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) in the spring of 2024. Osteopathy can safely treat the body no matter the circumstance or mechanism of injury. It can help with acute, subacute and chronic injuries, long standing issues, constant low level soreness, disrupted sleep and or high levels of stress.

Stephanie’s treatment focus has shifted towards practicing Osteopathy and will only offer massage therapy to pre-existing clients as of May 2024. She would like to share her gratitude and appreciation to all previous massage therapy clients for 10 amazing years of being able to help with life, in her little way. As she embarks on an Osteopathy treatment focus, she would be excited and happy to provide treatment and help in another way.
